Question Razr V3x

Is $250 too much to pay for the new Razr V3x brand new in box unopened? Also will the phone work with any GSM carrier in the USA? I heard it would but you know wht they say about believing everything you read on the internet.

I'd like to know as my phone, a motorola t720. It's not theat great and I'd like to upgrade.

anyone know what features would not be available in the US. I already know I couldn't video confrence but what else?

HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!! Where are you getting a V3x for that price! As long as you're not getting scammed that's a steal. The phone is designed for 3G networks, but should function on 2G GSM networks as welk. All phone features may not be available on a 2G network though.

I have to agree with J, HOLY CRAP!!!! On e-bay the standard Razr 3v is going for as much as that. I just go lucky and got a brand new unlocked, unbranded v3 in the box for less than 200. If I could have found a 3x for 250.00 would have bought that instead.

I've had quite a lengthy discussion w/ him on the deal, and we both have come to the conclusion that the guy was probably trying to scam him.
