My boss has a Treo with TMO service. The problem he's having with it is the volume. It seems that when the pda/phone goes into power save mode (or whatever), the volume goes to silent, so he keeps missing calls. When it comes out of power save and he turns the volume back up, it works just fine. Any thoughts? Does he need to get it replaced or is there some secret setting he can't find?
