I just want to know who among us has taken the plunge on this bad boy, so please include your own experiences so far with this device. Thanks... |

So just how interconnected is the 700w to Windows Mobile? Is the entire OS based on WM (even 5.0?)? or are there elements from both OS's?

I see but just the sheer combination of both WM and Palm on one device is still hard to believe.

Was at verizon yesterday and wasn't impressed. to get to damn dial pad you had to hit like 10 keys!!! I did not see the 650 in the store, only online...wonder if the 700 is the new replacement should my phone crap out.

Not to mention that the thing only comes with 32MB of Ram. That is just rediculous and very poor judgement by Palm. The phone us under developed, under performs, and will not perform nearly as well as the 650's do now. While the WM5 is very nice, I would NOT get this one until there is a memory upgrade availible from ppctechs.com.
