You need to configure the data on the new phone. If the phone is a Nokia 3220B Nokia has an on line configurator that will send the settings automatically to your phone. Unicel may even have this service. | |

Perhaps dialing *#62# will reveal the voicemail number?

| For GSM that's not a solution. You need to get the real voicemail center number. Unicel has a customer service number. It's free to call. People are paid to provide customer service. Call their customer service number.

Oh course people have a job to do. I just suggesting the call your own number until the OP could get the correct number. I have GSM as well but just set up my phones to call my own number. I cant stand calling CS regardless of the carrier and I get bored of my phones and buy new ones, so for me its easier to just to call myself. |

I dont know how Tmobile is but when I had Voicestream they actually were easy to work with. I know how to go about it and I actually work for my carrier and I have seen the Voicemail system many times. It doesnt cost me anything to call my self and its just as fast as calling the Voicemail system directly. Even as an employee I have had bad experiences with my CS. Just this weekend they turned off a couple of my work phones along with my personal ones. Upon calling CS the rep was clueless and kept telling me the last 4 digits of my SSN didnt match the account even after telling them a dozen times that its a generic work account. |
