Well now, if Sprint would adopt this idea it would make me a much happier customer. Good for T-Mobile for keeping the customers informed. I hope it catches on. This would also make for some fun tower hunting.....

If you log into My T-Mobile, you can navigate to the new sites page. My area hasn't been updated since May, but for each site they put up, they have a street level coverage map for it showing the footprint of the tower. They also name the pictures by the T-Mobile Site ID.

Here's an example:

I don't know. I just have a post-paid account. Once I log in, there is an icon on the right side with the link: https://my.t-mobile.com/Promotions/N...rage_0608_Home

Log into your prepaid OLAM and then try that link. The site information is not tied to a login, but ithe first page takes your account to determine which area's sites to show.

At least Sprint shows new and future locations for towers (no exact address though) on their web site.

True, that is useful, but it seems like many sites don't make it on the map as future sites or recent sites, and it would be helpful to get an e-mail of new sites for a specific region.
