Default AT&T 3G - Conn - Torrington

I know its a long shot - but seeing if its worth buying a new iPhone -- Any work on if the AT&T 3G coverage will leak into the Torrington area of CT?

3G is only ~10 miles away from Torrington, CT according to the coverage maps. I'd say it would be there by the end of the summer, or by the latest november given AT&Ts agressive 3G buildout rate. Your only ~10 miles away from 3G, so you can take the plunge and see if it works, remember, you've got 14 days if you find out if 3G doesn't work where you live. Good luck.

thanks for the info...

I wasn't sure if they only planned on keeping in major cities or branching out.

I'll be making teh switch as where I work is all 3G and when me and my wife go on vacation it will help as well.

thanks and john
