Why do people feel this way? I just don't understand. You have Sprint, you have perfect service. Another tower means continued good service not only for you but for other people and probably better service for a lot of people as well. If his service didn't work well at his house I'll bet he wouldn't be complaining.

That's almost always the case. People who oppose a tower are usually not customers of that carrier who's proposing to put up the tower.
