I actually find it hard to believe the fire house turned it down, for a couple of reason's. 1st The property is owned by the town, not the department 2nd The revenue would be a blessing to any dept. especially volunteer one's and 3rd If the companies can only build on Govt. properties, then it severly restricts where they can build them & the Zoning board should take that into consideration, but this could be a chance for the companies to get other locations in Dumont, if they approve the building for towers. That kind of kills the whole "Goverment Property only" law. |
