10 new cell sites in Warren County, NJ Cingular Wireless Enhances Network in Warren County
Company's Network Investments are Paying Off for Customers
PARSIPPANY, N.J., Sept. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Cingular Wireless, the nation's largest wireless carrier, has turned on-air ten new cell sites in Warren County this year. Throughout metropolitan New York and northern New Jersey, the company is spending $400 million to make network improvements including the addition of approximately 150 cell sites, as well as new portable generators and batteries

"Better wireless coverage and performance is exactly what Cingular is delivering throughout Warren County and the Garden State this year," said Stephen Breheny, Executive Director Network Services, Cingular Wireless, New York/New Jersey. "We've been working steadily to improve capacity, in-building coverage, and the overall wireless experience for our customers where they live, work and play."
Cell Sites
Ten new cell sites in Warren County have enhanced network coverage on Route 80 along the Delaware Water Gap as well as routes 78, 46 and 57 in the following towns:
* Andover
* Great Meadows
* Hackettstown
* Mansfield
* Phillipsburg
* StewartsvilleAdditionally, Cingular enhanced coverage in many public venues in New Jersey including Phillisburg Mall, Newark Liberty International airport, Continental Airlines Arena, Garden State Arts Center, Giants Stadium, Monmouth Park Racetrack, Six Flags Great Adventure Amusement Park, and various minor league baseball stadiums including the Lakewood Blue Claws and Sussex Cardinals.- 3 Billion GSM Users by 2009.

Re: 10 new cell sites in Warren County, NJ Well, this is good for that area of the State, My sister moved to Pittstown & she is between Rt78 & Flemington & actually has good coverage with her Cingular service, but I know there were some poor coverage area's further west.
As for by the arena's & stadiums, this is also a good. I am going to Continental Arena next month & will see if indoor coverage has improved.

Re: 10 new cell sites in Warren County, NJ That's certainly good news. Coverage on Rt-80 is very flaky along Warren Co. area and on Rt. 78 just before you pay the PA toll. Good thing AT&T
