Question Comparing Coverage in Columbia County?

I recently moved to Hudson NY in Columbia County.

I've been searching but cannot find anyplace that shows comparable coverage by the main carriers in the area. Does anyone know if one exists?

I currently have Verizonicon, which is OK but not as good as it was in NYC, especially on my el cheapo Samsung sch-a650. It's a bit better on my Samsung i700, but would like to see coverage/strength comparisons.

It's also hard to look at the individual maps, because the area is too small (and my screen res is too high) to actually see any details.

    Any guidance appreciated!

Go to this page and type in zip code 12534 or Hudson NY. It looks like the area is pretty well covered by Verizonicon

Have you been to this Place?
I don't think T-Mobile works in this Rural area.
There are Places in New York State where T-Mobile
will Not Roam in Dobson's Network
even if your T-Mobile Phone is Next to a Dobson Tower.

JD Power & Assoc. should Do their Testing Here.

Check out their coverage locator. Apparently they do work in the town itself but don't have much rural coverage.
The OP was inquiring about general coverage with carriers in his area, so I gave him the information where he can find T-Mobile's coverage.
I guess the OP shouldn't consider Cingular then at all because customers have gotten axed lately for using Dobson network too much, so I guess he'll have to do with Verizonicon coverage or switch to Sprint. It does seem like Verizonicon generally has the area covered much better than, say, T-Mobile.
