|  SMS on SprintPCS w/o loading Wireless Web?
I know I saw a thread a while back about Sprint working to supply a java app to do SMS/Shortmail without having to go into sprint's Wireless Web(site). Anyone out there close to Sprint know if this is to become a reality or was just a rumor? I'm anxious to find out. Thanks, |

Hopefully it will be launched this month. The info was also reported by IdioTeQNology who is a Sprint employee.

| SMS on SprintPCS w/o loading Wireless Web?
That's what I'm looking for so I can avoid the overhead and cost of wireless web. I was thinking/hoping being able to use the Motorola v100 (Cingular is giving it for free!). Does anyone know of any Sprint capable phones that have a keyboard like the V100?
