nextell sucks on the west coast

i work in the cell phone industry, and the most complaints i here about is Nextel. i just recently received a report about what cell phone companys have the most satisfied customers, and those two companys are CINGULAR and Verizon, and hay i have to agree. i personaly have cingular and there covarage has improved greatly. as for Verizon most of my friends are happy with there service and don't plan to change. I have to admit direct connect is cool by Nextel, but in the report i read it said people only like it either to look cool or get peoples attention.

I am sure it gets people's attention. Those loud beeps are annoying.

hell yeah. my friend told me that some idiot came to his cingular store and tried to activate a i90 Nextel phone with cingular because the service with Nextel sucks. my friend told him "we don't activate trash", he said are phones run on GSM here on the west coast. and GSM rocks on the west coast.

It is funny sitting in meetings and hearing those beeps....people running out the door to answer that call is where the pain in the azz comes from because then you have to start back again and fill them in on what they missed.
