My Samsung 3500 earpiece got iffy. Until the sprint phones drop the price - I plan to use a old phone as a replacement to my 3500.

Got the Sprint Touchpoint 120 (FCC ID: LXC-E120) from my friend. But my friend doesn't remember the security code.
Without the security code I can't reset this phone to activate in my account.

Does anyone have the list of codes to reset this phone - so that all the phonebook/passwords are reset to factory settings?

I know Sprint CS can get me this information, but then I have wait several minutes before I get hold of the information.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

all i know is that you can do it at a sprint store with technical service where a teckie can do it.

if anybody could just tell you the lock code as you ask then it wouldnt be much of a security feature now would it [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

Idiot, since you work for Sprint, do you have the ability to unlock a Sprint phone so it can be used by another carrier?

sure. if i wanted to get fired. i kinda like my benefits and stuff so I think I'd pass on a request to do so [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

plus this guy just wants to unlock the phone not to reprogram it just to reset it to the default settings.........though it could be an excuse to get the MSL....dunno how that works.

tell me what your esn # (decimal form) is and Ill tell you how to reset your phone to factory defaults

Oh if you dont want to post your esn on the web, you can email sprint_technician@yahoo.com and i can talk you through it via email. Your phone isnt stuck in lock mode or anything right? if it is, then you need to go to a store. But if you just want to get into security settings, the drop me a line
