Default ATT Reduces Allotted Peak, and adjusts Off Peak Timing..

I was under the impression that AT&T Wireless was only adjusting off peak timings for their National Advantage and GSM Plans effective June 1, 2002. Can anyone shed some light as to why they have changed the timings for Digital Advantage Plans for off peak to 9pm , ,and reduced it by one hour to 559am? Also, I have noticed they have reduced peak minutes by 50, but would 'reimburse' the customer with 50 bonus minutes if they were to sign a 2 year agreement. This definately has me turned off, it's a good thing I signed up in April.

If you are a subscriber before they made those changes, then you are not being affected unless you change your plan.
