Since ATT is upgrading their network, will they expand coverage in Delaware. The coverage here is laughable, but they still sell plans to people here, claiming they can make/receive calls here, not telling them they are on Cingular. So will the Philly area expand when it goes GSM, or will it ONLY be overlapping its TDMA areas. IMO it needs to expand too.

They may, but the question is when? I haven't heard any news about it. If not, they will just continue partnership with Cingular when they convert to GSM.
