Default Sprint on LI

My wife tells me that her phone is not working, so I look at it and sure as all hell it doesnt. It seems that some how (kids) water or something wet got into the connector piece and shorted out the phone. I saw green/corrosion in the piece where the cord goes. So I went to the Verizonicon store to hopefully work out a deal since I am a customer for only 10 months. Well they were first rude at the tech desk and i was told that they cant fix it, so they said to buy another phone. I asked customer service is there any promo deals i can get, she started to be rude as all hell and treated me like a dog!!. I was pissed , but kept looking for a phone. I am tempted to say bye-bye to Verizonicon and pay the term fee of 175 a line. the cheapest phone they can get me is 200 bucks and that is nothing that I really wanted. the next price is 300 bucks. I am to the point that there customer service can kiss my butt and I thinking about canceling

Does anyone live on Long Island and has Sprinticon. can you tell me where it works and does it work well. how is there customer service???? I was told to look at the 5 dollars mor e a month roaming feature.

please tell me what you all think about Sprinticon on LI and the region

    one question.

Were in Long Island. Coverage can vary from county to county, and from town to town. And i mean it can REALY vary in some places.

I live on LI, and Sprinticon coverage by me is excellent! There is no place i really go that does not have coverage. The only problem i have had lately is last week a tower in valley stream either went down, or was not workin correctly so coverage was low.

    Default Sprint on LI

When I was with Sprinticon last year I went to my family reunion which was on long Island. I stayed with relatives in Sayville & Huntington. I did a lot of traveling around the Island and had great coverage every where I went. Also I had great coverage on trips to Atlantic City & Newport, ME. T-Mobileicon's coverage was poor compared to Sprinticon's as my grandma's Cingular phone was a paper wait about half the time.
