i am about 10 days past my 15 day trial. i have had 2 different phones and none have performed as good as my old nokia 3285. is there a way verizon will let me get another phone, i am just starting to have problems with this phone.

While the 15 days is not supposed to be extended, they can be sympathetic if your phone doesn't work. Just keep trying, they really do want your phone to work. After 15 days they'll work with you and probably supply a new phone, but don't expect your money back without giving them a chance to try everything they can.

If your account reflects your history of phone issues, they will almost certainly work with you.

i am within my 15 day trial...can i just get my phone exchanged for another of the same model....or is verizon going to give me a problem with that??

Yes, they will. Because you're within the 15 days, you'll likely receive a brand new phone. Outside the 15 days, if there's a malfunction, usually they give you a refurb of the same model.

if i say my phone (that i got 5 days ago) keeps dropping calls...can i just ask them to give me another handset of the same model......will they just simply give me another handset or will they make it more complicated than that???

Sorry, I'm having trouble holding back. The fact it, it must depend on where you are. In our part of NY, you won't even get a sympathetic look. You sure won't get a different phone. I'm sick of calling CS, I'm sick of visiting the VZW store. And we still continue to have dropped calls. BTW, it seems since the latest PRL update, it got worse again.
