I just wanted to say that on 1-28 i went to my local AT&T wireless store to switch plans and phones. I had a multiband plan with a T62u and my wife was on a local TDMA service plan, we decided to go to a family share plan. I had started my service in Aug. and my wife was without contract. The store rep was extremly helpful in getting me a deal on my phone as well as my wifes since i wasn't eligable for a discount he worked with me to get me a discount. He did what he needed to help and even stayed past closing to help on getting me the deals with corporate. I just want to say he is someone i would recommend to anyone needing a phone or service with AT&T. I was thinking of going to Cingular and realized i didn't have any real problems with AT&T service and tonight proved again why i was better of staying with AT&T. keep up the excellent work. Thanks again. |

Well, there are people who win the lottery. So it is also possible to get good service with AT&T.

I would say they are definitely the exception, not the rule.
