The Philadelphia Tri-State Region has expanded VZW's digital network in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with two new cell sites. A new cell site at Lawrenceville (NJ) School improves wireless coverage along sections of Route 206 and Interstate 95. In Montgomery County, PA, our new site provides improved wireless voice and data service along Routes 309, 463 and 113, and in the areas of Hatfield and Souderton.

Ok, this is funny. Tnmmoblie and ATT TDMA get better reception in my house than VZW does. On my sisters old V60 g the basement was fine. On my mom and dads 8265's, the basement is fine. For me, the basement is only realy ok with my v60c and even then there are...spoys. Mind you my sister switeched cause she was tired of the BS of it not working in the dorm user and she is a happy vx4400 user. My mom and dad won' t till ATT stop' working but for them it does work. Funny they both achknoewledge that VZW is the best in the City over all. Question, has there been any improvement in the area around 12th street between University anf fifth Avenues? When i was working in Realestate the office there was bare bonmes VZW coverage once you got more than ten feet inside. When i carried the companies ATT phone though it worked every were except the server/storage room funny enough. |

DRU you mentioned:VZW addressses holes based on capacity more now in the city. They have filled in some weak spots though. But when you talk about streets were there are buildings with thier own zip codes... ---------- With regard to those big buildings, I wonder if VZW is addressing NYC like they did in Center City Philly; with in city 1900 MHz sites in additions to regular 800 MHz. I wish they would fill the suburban holes here in the suburbs of Phila. which are actually out pacing the city for business traffic because of the high Phila tax structure.
