Did you know that dialing 611 from your cellular phone temporarily deactives call waiting! Did You know you can dial any verizon wireless toll free number such as 800 922 0204 (CS) it does not use airtime mins. Also dialing the toll free number does not deactive call waiting. Did YOU know verizon dialing *86 for voicemail uses your anytime mins rather than your mobile 2 mobile. Did YOU know if you dial your complete ten digit mobile number to your VM you instead use your m2m pool of mins. [*] If anyone has any DID you knows feel free!!! I knew about the voice-mail M2M thing, but I don't spend enough time on my voicemail for it to make a difference. Definitely good to know tho. I did not know about the diabling of call-waiting when you call 611. Now I'll have to add the CS number to my phonebook. They prolly disabled call-waiting so you dont put them on hold....they can do it to you tho....haha. |

And there are those of us whose calls to v/m as *86 or to our own number NEVER go to MtoM. One more of our hope-fors when our billing gets switched to the Vision system. Oh, and didjaknow calling 800 922 0204 gets us "this number cannot be dialed from your location." -Bill |

its probably just a regional care number, so youd have to call your regions

calling toll free numbers besides customer care does use airtime, however calls to customer care made using the toll free number should not be billed. i do not see any reason to use them though, 611 is easier
