Default problem with phone or network?

I have a v60i on an AC plan, running SW 2200.01.2B, PRL 50085, and ERI 50019. I will be coming up on 1 year at the end of next week. I am in Burlington, VT - not exactly a huge market.

Over the past month or so, I've had the following problems with the phone: calls going right to voicemail, delayed SMS delivery (12+ hrs), and delayed VM notification (12+ hrs). I've been to the local corporate store twice already, and they've checked the phone out and cannot find a problem with it. So could this be a network problem, as they claim? Burlington is a pretty small market so I kind of doubt that it could be capacity issues. I am not eligible for a promo price upgrade until next year, and am coming up on the end of my warranty soon. If this really is a phone problem, I want to get it addressed soon.

I've also experienced my phone occassionally rebooting while I am in the browser. The tech couldn't recreate that - figures - so no answers to that problem.

BTW, this is my 2nd v60i. My first one got fried a few months ago when they tried to flash the SW to the 2F version, so they swapped this one out which had the original 2B SW.

TIA for any ideas that anyone might have.

I would think they'd let you try another phone to rule out the handset.

Go to the store manager if you get nowhere with the reps.

I would call the 800#... local stores do not have the ability to create trouble tickets. Also, they are unable to view the "problem board."
