Do you get service at all outside your home? 15 miles is quite a long way, so unless you get service outside your house, or close to it, I doubt you will have any luck with anything other than an expensive repeater. If you get service near your house by some freak occourance, I wouldn't buy a repeater right of the bat, they are expensive and difficult to install. I would first try using an antenna with a 3db or more gain on it. If this doesn't work, return it for a refund, and then do the repeater or larger 3w amp. For repeaters, make sure you get one for digital CDMA not PCS. This is a good place to find them .www.altwireless.com
