I am looking for a good service provider, preferably GSM, in Troy NY. I called ATT. First person told me Troy was covered. The second told me Troy was not in service area. Help!

If your looking for GSM utilize the trial periods. See if at&t works if thats the route you want to go. If not i'd suggest Cingular due to the fact cingular (along with at&t) use the 800mhz band in some areas. This will give you better overall reception.
