In answer to your question, I'm not exactly sure whether or not this could be the problem...but some wireless carriers including Verizon have upgraded their voicemail, and I'm not exactly sure whether or not this could have impacted your phone's voicemail in any way. I find that sometimes I get a busy signal occasionally when I call the voicemail too, but this is only due to really two reasons. It's either the fact that the network is busy (there are too many people using the cell tower, and there is not currently a place open for you to make a call) or you do not have enough signal. The signal problem is especially a case with TDMA, it will end up busy with any call that's between 0 and 1 bars of signal strength...otherwise anything 1 to 2 bars above it's very strong. So, I would suggest calling at a time where not many people call and you have a good signal, and if that still doesn't work, call 611 (Customer Service) and since Verizon claims to have the best CS, I'm sure they can help you. If all else fails, post again and I'll see what I can do. |
