I know that for verizon customers, you can type in their number @vtext.com and they get your text message, but for sprintpcs, wireless web clients have a different email address than there phone number so you can't send an email to the number @sprintpcs and get it. I was just curious as to what other providers are doing, cingular? AT&T? T-mobile? nextel? What do these providers use for email addresses if you wanted to send a text message from your email to someone with these providers? Thanks in advance for any replies. -Pfieff |

Not sure about cingular, but you can also use AOL Instant messenger to send to any phone, regardless of provider, and replies now go stright back to the AIM window. That way there's no domains to remember. |

Cingular requires the user to go to mycingular.com and set it up for it to work. Or, if you are an AT&T or VZW customer you can send an SMS and they will get it. |

For Cingular: YourMobileNumber@mobile.mycingular.net You can also use your MyWirelessWindow username if you don't want to show your wireless number. YourUserName@findme.mycingular.com
