Litchfield County CT - Verizon

There's no native coverage of Verizon in Litchfield County CT; I was wondering with the recent purchase of Northcoast licenses will they cover the county or will Verizon users continue to roam of AT&T analog coverage?

From all the representatives I've talked to, a new tower is built and service (digital verizon) should be up by the end of the month. In most of litchfield county I have digital now, I went to the Waterbury verizon store and the tech guy "updated" my phone. I think he changed it's software back to an old version, a version that still receives Sprint signals as extended network. Back in the day when all my friends had verizon they had digital around here through sprint. only problem is that there is no text messaging or mobile web on the sprint network with a verizon phone. my friends went to the verizon store the next day to get the update but i guess they guy is gone (fired?).
