Default New England PRL changes?

I just updated it yesterday and noticed the different version number. I was wondering what if anything it changed for users in New England, such as new roaming partners added or others being dropped. So far, everything seems fine.

After looking at the justa lurker site there doesn't seem to have been any changes to the PRL for new england. Maybe that will change when they ad that new territory in new hampshire and US cell turns on their cdma network
