I'm leaving Cingular and will be selling my phone, a Samsung x427. What do I need to do to sell it? Is it as easy as removing the SIMM card? I just want to make sure all of my info is off of the phone before I put it up on eBay.

Well, it depends if you've saved information on your phone. If it is, you simply delete it, and if it's on the SIM just remove the SIM. Be sure that you note when you're selling the phone that you tell them that the phone will only work with a Cingular SIM card. I think that's it. If i'm wrong, anyone else please help

remove the sim and if your leaving cingular DESTROY the sim card. but before you do go into your phone and perform a master reset on the phone and reset the phonebook this will clear out all information. then destroy the sim if your leaving cingular then you may sell it without worries, ive done it a million times (sell my phones)
