A310 Ring Tones (If any one is interested)

I emailed Samsung yesterday complaining about there choice of Ring Tones on the A310.
I received the following replay this morning.....

Dear Thomas,
This is Samsung Telecommunication America. Actually, Verizon accepted this as the final product when it was presented to them prior to launch with the features this phone sports. We have, however, come up with a software upgrade that will give the phone addition "normal" ringers.. This software update will be released very soon, and when it comes out, Verizon will have it available for customers so they can upgrade the software on the phones at Verizon Wireless stores. Please check with Verizon in the next couple of weeks on this. Thank you

Weird, I sent Samsung an email too about an upgrade and here is the response i gotâ?¦

Unfortunately, the A310 will not support downloads at all. There are no plans to ever have it support this function.

so with this "supposed" software upgrade do u think we would be able to download other ringtones? or just have added normal ones..can u tell me the e-mail address to talk 2 them about the ringtones..thnx...hope 2 here from u

there is not specific email address you have to go to samsungs web site here and ask them directly
