what are some good trimode phones for vzw (prefibally for the vt area)?

Best in terms of what?

For reception (you are in VT wich means you probably want realy good reception right?), Nokia 3589i.

I have had the 3589 for only about a week, but that is long enough to know that claims of great RF are not exaggerated. KJO and others have spoken of the phones RF qualities for a while; their claims were, indeed, based on fact and in no way misleading. Based upon the signal quality, in the area where I use my phone the most, it is the right phone for me.

What about all the non-flip Audiovox phones that are trimode and support 1XRTT, etc..

Any of those newer 84XX models with color screens...

Basically, I know Audiovox sold their handset division to somebody else, and there may be business reasons why VZW doesn't feature more Audiovox phones, but that of course has nothing to with the quality of the phones themselves.
