A GSM CHIP< OVERSEAS?? Not quite.
If you have an unlocked triband phone, you can put in another carrier's SIM card, and your phone will work without a roaming charge
(Assuming you are using it locally). You will have a Middle East number in your example. PrePay TM cards only work in the US, I believe. Even if you have a postpay TM SIM card, it's not free to use overseas.

A GSM CHIP< OVERSEAS?? TM charges 1.49-1.99 per min in most of the middle east, .99 per min in Europe and .49 in Canada, etc. No, there is no free intl roaming with TM or anyone else for that matter.
