As for the original article, I like how the town set up 8 locations that they would like to be used and even included a water tower, but not this one. What if the locations the town agreed to are not good locations for giving a carrier the coverage where they really need it?
But at least they did give some locations & not say "No towers anywhere in the town" or act like people in CA seem to do about towers.
