Hello, surfed around and confused. Does anyone know how to (or) can it be done? What? unlock a Nokia 3360 from cingular so it can be used with another service provider. The Nokia 3360 is a TDMA phone branded cingular. There is no SIM card. I am supprised in the stupidity of several so called unloking web sites claiming they can unlock it with a 15 digit MEI. The phone has no sn that long nor witl there unlocking process work without a sim card type of phone. anyway - I could use some step by step help with this. I'll pay you. I have a paypal account! do you? The service i want to use is in costa rica called ICE. There they still use TDMA technology, Grupo ICE | Servicios de Telecomunicaciones thankyou for your time. |

It look like they have GSM as well. You really cant unlock a TDMA phone, you will have to take it into them and have them reflash the phone. TDMA doesnt have an IMEI number it has an ESN similiar to CDMA.
