Nokia 6133 - help with vibrate setting

I'm having trouble trying to set my phone to vibrate when it rings. I've looked thrut he user manual and nothing seems to be working. I've read that the vibrate setting has to be "on" (which it is), and then you press and hold the # key to make it go to silent and that should make the phone set to vibrate, but it doesn't. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for any help!!

The option to switch the profile by holding the # key may not be enabled (and I don't remember where it is). Go to Menu -> Settings -> Profiles, pick one, go to Customize and make sure the ringing is off and vibration is on. You can the switch to the profile by pressing the power key and selecting from the list, or can add it to the shortcut menu.
