Default Nokia 6133 Help

I recently purchased the Nokia 6133 and am having trouble with the vibrate feature and the charger. If my ringer is on or off and the vibrate feature always on, once the phone is being charged, it will not vibrate. The screen flashes and that is all. There must be a way for the phone to simply vibrate and not ring once it is being charged.

Any help?

Is it only while the phone is charging?

Well, this may be going on a limb, but I'll guess that it's a precautionary measure. Assuming that most people will charge their phones by plugging the charger in and setting the phone down on a table or counter, it's possible to imagine that should it start vibrating it can move to the edge and fall down to the floor. Granted, it's possible that this will happen even when the phone is not charging, but chances of it being in a pocket or holster under normal circumstances are much higher than during the charging process. I know this theory is a stretch, but I don't have any other... nor do I have the exact knowledge
