|  How od you tell if your phone is Unlocked??
I recently bought a used Nokia 5190. I need to activate it with a provider but I haven't the foggiest how. I want to hook it up to a prepaid plan....Can anyone help??

I think Cingular sells the prepaid plan. All you have to do is pay for the initial fee for the starter pack and you will be given your own SIM card with a phone number. From there, you can just go ahead refill your SIM card when needed keeping the same phone number.
