I want to download and install an application from the Nokia website to my phone. The only reason I haven’t done it yet is because Applications does not appear in my menu. Will Applications appear in the menu once I install one?

Actually, it should be there. My phone has it on the menu. Your company may have taken it off the phone which means it no longer supports application downloads.
