Default Boost and roaming?

I thought Boost-mobile ran off Iden and is exactly the same as Nextel, but just prepaid?

I wasn't sure as on the boost mobile website it says: "National Cellular Calls
(Includes Long Distance and Roaming) Mon. - Fri. 7am - 9pm"

But Nextel doesn't roam, at all. It's not even capable of roaming. So how would boost-mobile roam if it runs off the same network as Nextel, if Nextel can't roam?

Edit: i may have figured it out. I think by roaming they mean when using it in places such as Canada, etc, and not actually roaming to get a signal from other carriers.

I think it's just there as an comfort for customers, because most carriers now talk about No Roaming, so one way or the other, Boost wants to be part of that too...
