Problem Download Ringtone to T730

have been trying all afternoon to download ringtones from
my PC to my Motorola T730 cell phone. I saw somewhere I needed PST 6.7 and EMS Manager 1.24. But the website they refer me to is in Spanish.

I'd appreciate any help!!!!!
