I have a Razor V3re. I have Motorola Phone tools Ver 5.

When I go through the setup of Phone Tools, it says that my phone is not recognized and to check for updates. When I do that, it tells me there are new updates.

Because of this, I cannot progress any further.
Can anyone help me here? I would appreciate it very much.
