Motorola K3 - help plz

Hi, I have updated myself from MotoV635 to Moto. K3. I like it my V635. but it was geting old with age. Now I have Moto K3. Its a nice phone. But when i setup "windchime" ringtone the phone will ring but it will cut it befor ringtone finish close to the end. Why? and how can I sort it out. or any one have it as mp3. The other thing, why when it plays ring tone it play is it fast e.g not enough space between first ring and the second... And whats the point having a "beep" ringtone, when set it and the phone rings it gos "beep...beep...beep...beep...beep..." !!! and so on. I thought the "beep" ringtone is one "beep" like some other phones. and its ider to use it when you are in a meeting or sleeping.... Please help.
