Cool G S M Band

I have two phone purchased on e bay

one is a motorola MOTOPHONE F 3

and one is MOTOROLA V 180

how can i confirm which band they are?
can i tell from inside label info ?
there is a test that i can do if i purchase some sim card/

Have you tried putting your sim card into the phone? Do you have coverage? I'm not aware of any way other than doing research. A Google search for the specifications would be a good start. Ideally, before purchasing the phones. Hopefully, both of the phones support the 850 & 1900 MHz bands.

Unfortunately there is no way to tell from the label info.

The MOTOPHONE F3 is 900/1800/1900. The V180 can be dual band, tri band or quad band, depending on which provider it was for. Is the name of the provider on it?

Usually, the E-Bay listing specifies which bands they are or what provider's they were for, I am presuming these two did not come with any such information?
