Any one trying to call will get 120IPM busy although she can make outgoing calls. Yhe fix is to power don and remove the battery fo a few seconds, reinstall battery and power up- all becomes well. I have an identical W385 purchase at the same time and this never happens. We both use Verizon. Yesterday I saw a friend who was having the same problem with anothe model? Moto on Altel service. It is irritating since she has no indication of a problem until some one tells her they can't reach her. Any ideas on the cause and possible permanent fix?
