I have my new v3m, Verizon, SW:24.1_01.19.07.

What do I have to do to get rid of the ugly vzw skins, btw hack the razr site isn't working. I have done seem editing before on a different razr, but don't know how to do the skins when the site is down. Thanks

also, do i have to flash to alltel?
