Where can i find the update software?

With that being said, it is against forum rules to post any links to downloads of programs such as that.

Why do you need it? The Sprint V3M will update over the air without the need for a program such as that. Not sure where in the phone it is, but you can update the software without a cable.

Once u do that, you should be able to connect to MPT fully. If not, let me know.

have V3M sprint, MPT multimedia studio won't communicate with phone but calender and phonebook work fine along with battery charger, sorry bout double posts
