can some one please help me i got the razor v3 and i downloaded the phone tools cd but it keeps telling me that error message for grconv.dll i have been at this all day trying to get it fixed and every place i have been to to download this dll it wont let me i have tryed scans and i have to pay for it and so i didnt do it, this is making me grrrrrr..... i have tryed to look to llike i seen on one page change the thing from 0 to 1 looking for the names either disable8dot3namecreation or the ntfsdisabledot3namecreation and i dont see them there.......... you can reach me at (removed e-mail address) please please help i am lost and dont knwo what else to do.................... i have need big time help....

That dll should have installed with Phone Tools, and should be in the Motorola Phone Tools folder.

Unuinstall and reinstall the program

i have tryed all that and that the dll wasnt there and every time i went to download it and then another box would come up saying some other dll file was missing i did all that then the new box is saying the prodcure entry point? _getfullnameex@ygpavcpbkrecord@@aavcstring@@could not be found???
