Drivers take forever to load on RAZR

Ok I have read all the forums here and hacktherazr -markc-motomodders forums and I can stuff to work-HOWEVER everytime I plug in the phone the hardware wizard has to reload all the drivers which takes about an hour on this 2.4 GHz XP machine.
once thats done I can do SEEM edits and bring up MPT and upload ring tones make my ring tones etc. But everytime I find another SEEM I want to do- PKseem doesnt see the phone until I unplug re plug and reload all the drivers. this is a royal pain and it takes another hour. I have MPT 4.3.6 I think. It does the same thing. I have rebooted my machine since last nite and I have been reading forums posts and readmes for almost 72 hours. any Idea whats wrong?
every time I unplug the phone it takes the drivers away and wants to reload when I replug in.

How can I keep the modem the data logger test command and the accesory interface drivers there all the time with out having to reload
I have hack the razr driver utility.

Can I do this on my Macbook?

while waiting for an answer I hooked up MPT and that works but now my PKseem is the one that has the problem
