Hello everyone, new member here. Please help!!
During the sync music phase of loading my phone with my PC music, the storage device is not being detected so only 3 songs are able to be loaded in the phone. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Unless you purchased the optional MicroSD TransFlash Card you have no "storage device". The phone itself is only capable of handling a few songs in internal memory.

There are many sources of MicroSD TransFlash cards off the Internet with widely varying prices. I got mine through Amazon.com and obtained 1GB MicroSD for $22.47 (shipping included). The local Verizon store wanted $60.00.

The internal memory of the phone while relatively large for such a small device as a phone does need to have a lot of that memory reserved for being...a phone.

All ringtones/wallpapers/pixs and flixs take from that available memory. All your contacts take from that memory.

Get the TransFlash. They are available in sizes from 256 MB to 1GB. There is a 2GB MicroSD but it is not supported by the V3M software and the additional 1GB cannot be utilized.
