everytime i try to download pst on bit lord i tries to connect for hours. whats the problem?

Unfortunately PST is only for authorized Motorola service centers and any copy you download is pirated. We really cannot assist you in obtaining illegal software.

Ok, Yes you can flash your phone. PST is not the only software that does this. Any copy of PST you find is pirated and may contain viruses. I would download something from a trusted source like motox or motomodders. The flashing software I use is from Motomodders.net. I really like MotoKit, but I am unsure if it is compatible with CDMA phones like yours. They have 3 or 4 different flashing utilities in their downloads section, just check compatibility before downloading.
