Whoops! Sorry for the lack of detail. Bytes: 0000 And it's a V3m on the Verizon CDMA network. |

Here is my stock seem. Seem: 296a Record: 1 Bytes: 0000 Just curious what you were trying to do in that seem. There appears to be no info in it. Last edited by Cincyball; 10-16-2006 at 12:04 PM. |

Hmm, my problem still exists. I guess I should explain. I was messing around with some other seems, I don't know why, but I made backups to all of them, EXCEPT the one you provided. Then, my phone's triangular roaming symbol started flashing. I tried *228, called tech support, etc. nothing. Now they recommend I take it to Verizon, so they can fix it for free. (I don't wanna unmod and remod my phone, but if it's the only option, I'll go for it.) I restored to all my previous seems without that symbol active, yet the symbol is still there. Any ideas? |

Disabling EVDO did not work. Changing the vocode did not work. Browser reset did not work. And for the banner, I have removed it. I have changed seems 296a records 0005/0006 bytes 0000 all to 00's. That master clear is starting to sound good. I can back everything up with MPT... |

OR What about a master reset? What is the exact difference between a master reset and a master clear? I know the master clear gets rid of all personal data (phonebook, pics, etc.) but what about the reset? |

Gave up. Undid everything I did before. Took it to Verizon, they gave me a new phone for free. |
